Since graduating from the Graphic Design program at Dawson College, I have been interested in becoming a web designer or web developer. What I loved most, was the endless opportunities and the problem solving skills you need in this domain.
A great website is functional, first and foremost, and designed to perfection.
We learned the basics on how to build a website in our last semester at Dawson College, in order to create our first website portfolio. I became increasingly interested in web design and developing and wanted to learn all I could get my hands on. I bought books, read articles and last year I signed up for a web design course. This year I finished my advanced web design course and will be starting a web development course in the coming weeks.
Because I am a graphic designer first, I have a great knowledge of all things design. I am current with all the trends and I am continually learning about the next best thing in web design and how to bring these aspects to my design and development.
Take a look at some of the websites I have designed below.
