What is graphic design? Where can you find an example of graphic design?

Graphic design: noun.
the art or profession of visual communication that combines images, words, and ideas to convey information to an audience, especially to produce a specific effect.

With that definition in mind, the answer to the following question is everywhere! Billboards, ads, magazines, books, signage, packaging; just to name a few places you can find graphic design work.

Do you have a favourite mug with a print on it? A graphic designer most likely created that. A favourite printed T-shirt – you guessed it, a graphic designer most likely designed that too!

As a graphic designer, I create designs that are both pleasing to the mind and the eye. Whether my designs are full of color or black and white, they will stand out among the rest.
